Digital Growthmates is the parent company, developer, and sole legal proprietor of ZOVASS ("Simplified Software Solutions") and its product lines, including ZOVASS Vertical Management Suites (Salon & Spa OS, School OS, Leads CRM).
Official Payment Receiver & 18% GST Invoicing:
All software subscription payments, renewals, feature add-ons, and platform fees are strictly and officially collected by Digital Growthmates via authorized banking channels and official direct UPI.
All transactions include mandatory 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST) under Government of India Services Accounting Code SAC 998315 (Information Technology & Software as a Service).
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (https://zovass.com), creating an account, launching a 14-day free trial, or subscribing to any software tier, you ("Subscriber", "Business Owner", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a local business, salon, clinic, school, academy, multi-branch chain, franchise, or corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
2Software Products & License Scope
Digital Growthmates grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to access and use the subscribed ZOVASS software modules during your active billing period:
Includes Point-of-Sale (POS) billing, 24/7 online client appointment booking portals, staff attendance & commission payroll, customer CRM with package tracking, inventory management, school administrative modules, and double-entry accounts ledger.
3Subscriptions, Pricing & 18% GST Billing
A. 14-Day Free Trial
New business accounts receive 14 days of full feature access at zero cost. No credit card or advance payment is required. At the conclusion of the trial, continued access requires activating a paid subscription.
B. Mandatory 18% GST Compliance
In compliance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act of India, all SaaS subscription fees are billed with 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST) under SAC Code 998315. An official GST Tax Invoice is generated by Digital Growthmates for every completed payment.
C. Payment Modes & Official Direct UPI
Payments are processed via official direct UPI QR codes (with 0% intermediary gateway transaction surcharge) or direct bank NEFT/RTGS wire transfers. Subscription activation occurs upon entering the verified 12-digit UPI UTR reference number or bank confirmation.
4Cancellation & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings or by writing to zovass@digitalgrowthmates.com. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For all initial paid subscriptions, if you are not completely satisfied with the software within the first 30 days following your first paid invoice, you may request a full refund by contacting our billing desk. Upon verification, your payment will be refunded via original payment mode within 5–7 business days. Subsequent recurring renewals are non-refundable after charge processing.
5Data Ownership & Confidentiality
You Own 100% of Your Data: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership of all customer directories, phone numbers, sales receipts, staff records, and appointment history entered into your account.
Zero Data Selling & Zero Cross-Poaching: Digital Growthmates will never sell, lease, rent, monetize, or distribute your customer records to competitors, advertising brokers, or third-party agencies.
Complete Portability: You maintain the permanent right to download full CSV / Excel exports of your customer data, sales records, and accounts ledger at any time without platform lock-in.
6Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Algorithmic Insights Disclaimer
ZOVASS software suites may utilize machine learning models and artificial intelligence algorithms to provide automated customer support responses, recommendations, and assistance.
Advisory Nature: All AI outputs and recommendations are provided solely as advisory tools to assist business decision-making. You maintain sole responsibility for reviewing and approving any AI-generated marketing copy, client messages, or promotional actions prior to distribution.
No Performance Guarantee: ZOVASS does not guarantee specific organic ranking positions on search engines, customer conversion rates, or financial revenue figures, as outcomes depend on competitive local market conditions, independent search engine algorithms, and your business execution.
7Third-Party Platforms & Intellectual Property
Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Apple, iOS, Android, and other referenced third-party brand names or logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
ZOVASS is an independent proprietary software platform engineered by Digital Growthmates. Reference to third-party trademarks is for interoperability and descriptive identification purposes only, and does not imply any official endorsement, sponsorship, or direct affiliation with Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Apple Inc.
8Uptime SLA & Technical Support
We strive to maintain a 99.9% platform availability SLA across our multi-tenant cloud infrastructure. Routine maintenance is scheduled during overnight low-traffic windows with advance notification.
Technical assistance is available via our built-in AI Support Agent (Zoe) 24/7, email support (zovass@digitalgrowthmates.com), and dedicated WhatsApp helpline (+91-7093857571).
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Digital Growthmates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost business profits, third-party network outages, or service interruptions.
In no event shall Digital Growthmates' total cumulative liability exceed the total software subscription fees paid by you for ZOVASS in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
