ZOVASS ("Simplified Software Solutions") is a proprietary cloud software platform designed, owned, maintained, and operated exclusively by Digital Growthmates ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a legally registered entity headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
All subscriptions, invoices, financial collections, and software agreements associated with ZOVASS (including vertical software suites) are officially managed, billed, and processed under Digital Growthmates.
1Overview & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Growthmates collects, uses, stores, and protects personal and business information when you register for, access, or utilize the ZOVASS software platform, including our website (https://zovass.com), vertical management dashboards, progressive web applications (PWA), appointment booking portals, POS billing modules, and automated messaging services.
By accessing ZOVASS, you agree to the collection and handling of data as described in this Policy in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India) and applicable global data privacy standards.
2Information We Collect
A. Business & Account Owner Information
When a business owner or administrator registers a business on ZOVASS, we collect business name, business category (e.g. Local Business, Salon, Clinic, Academy, Multi-Branch), physical address, contact phone numbers, email address, login credentials, GSTIN (if applicable), and operational preferences.
B. Customer & Client Data (Managed by the Business)
Business owners manage client records within their dedicated account. This may include customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment histories, package balances, service records, and automated WhatsApp communication preferences.
C. Staff & Team Details
Names of team members and stylists, role-based permission levels, attendance clock-in/out records, commission logs, and payroll calculations.
D. Financial & Subscription Billing Data
Details of software subscription payments made to Digital Growthmates, including plan tiers, billing cycles, 18% GST amounts, UPI UTR numbers, invoice numbers, and transaction dates. We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords.
E. AI Queries & Support Interaction Logs
Inquiries submitted to customer support or our AI assistant (Zoe) are processed securely to provide real-time responses and system recommendations.
3Data Ownership & Zero-Selling Policy
Every customer contact list, phone number, revenue figure, and appointment record entered in your ZOVASS account remains your exclusive intellectual property.
- • No Selling: Digital Growthmates does NOT sell, rent, lease, or monetize your customer directory to any third-party marketing agency, broker, or competitor.
- • No Cross-Poaching: We never contact your clients for promotional services or cross-sell competing local businesses.
- • Complete Portability: You can export your customer lists, sales reports, and financial records into CSV / Excel at any time without lock-in.
4AI Privacy & Data Isolation
ZOVASS operates with strict privacy isolation safeguards:
- Zero Model Training: Your business-specific customer records, confidential sales figures, and private customer communications are never used to train public or foundation AI models.
- Transient Processing: Support queries and assistant chats are processed in secure isolated sessions with strict tenant boundaries.
- User Control: You retain complete editorial authority over all system configurations and data exports.
5How We Use Your Information
We process collected data solely for legitimate software operations:
- To provide 24/7 online booking, slot reservation, and appointment calendars.
- To power POS billing totals, apply discounts, generate GST-compliant tax invoices, and dispatch receipts via WhatsApp or Email.
- To calculate staff attendance, commission splits, and automated monthly payroll.
- To process platform subscription payments, manage 18% GST statutory records, and maintain the double-entry accounts ledger.
- To deliver automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer communications configured by your business.
- To prevent unauthorized access, mitigate fraud, and maintain platform security.
6Data Security & Infrastructure
Digital Growthmates enforces enterprise-grade security protocols across all server clusters and databases:
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3/SSL protocols. Sensitive records in the database are encrypted at rest.
Strict logical separation ensures each business account can only access their own proprietary records.
Real-time database replication and daily encrypted snapshots ensure 99.9% uptime and zero data loss.
Granular permission control ensures staff members cannot access revenue figures or delete critical entries.
7Third-Party Service Providers
We integrate with trusted technical infrastructure partners to deliver core services:
- Cloud Hosting & Database: Cloud servers running on ISO-compliant data center facilities with 99.9% uptime SLA.
- WhatsApp Business API & SMS Gateways: Used exclusively to deliver transactional invoices, booking reminders, and promotional messages authorized by your account.
- Payment Infrastructure: Direct UPI transactions processed securely via NPCI / Reserve Bank of India authorized banking channels.
8Your Rights & Data Deletion
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have full authority over your data:
- Right to Access & Portability: Export all appointments, sales, customer directories, and accounts history in standard spreadsheet formats at any time.
- Right to Correction: Update or modify any inaccurate records directly inside your dashboard settings.
- Right to Erasure / Account Deletion: If you decide to close your ZOVASS account, you may request complete permanent deletion of your business records by emailing zovass@digitalgrowthmates.com.
